Normally,
this is set to the default which is to leave 5 meg and take action at 10 meg.
The settings allow per user to define how they wish to have the system do house
keeping cleanup per folder. This is very usefull when you are traveling and
trying to retain all you can without keeping a bunch of trash laying around and
placing your account limits to take action. |

All the functions you have grown accustomed to having in
commercial email clients like Outlook are available in this web interface. The
rich format of the web interface puts many email servers to shame with the ease
at which users simply become so comfortable with has proven the choice for our
mail server for basic hosting accounts. Whether
you are composing your emails in plain text or html the interface makes this job
a breeze. Our Enterprise clients on the go have reported that all the things
they require for composing their emails on the road are easy to use in

You can manage all aspects of account creation and
adding alias names to a specific user here. We recommend that you specifically
define all the aliases to a specific user as this does not set your account up
for dictionary attacks. |

Adding and defining a Mailing list in SmarterMail
|

This easy to understand mailing list administrator
interface makes mailing list management score an all time high for simplicity.
Define who can post to the list whether you want to
enable things like header, footer, poster white-list, unsubscribe from subject,
and subscribe command. This makes general list management a couple of clicks.
We have machine filters in place that will stop your
list at 300. You will need to contact someone in support to get these removed
will require an added fee based on your needs. We simply cannot leave these open
any longer as with anything there are people who have abused this included
service. |

Content filtering in Smarter Mail |

You can apply a content filter against anything you wish
using this interface.
Example; if you have received and email you find
offensive you simply create a rule against any of the criteria you see listed in
the screen shot then apply the action you want to take against it.
You can content filter in the positive as well.
Example; Anything you receive from sally@ you
have automatically placed in a folder with a name sally. This is typically used
when someone is using the web interface on the go for sorting of mail. |

Domain and user level spam filtering control |
Content and Spam
filtering at the Domain and User levels help users get the email they want and
refuse what they don't. Use black lists like SpamCop and ORDB, reverse DNS
checks, and now Bayesian Filtering and SPF. Dynamically block
incoming denial of service (DOS) attacks on SMTP, POP, and IMAP, or use the
separate black / white lists.
