Yes, you
can get dedicated IP address. You
would need dedicated IP if you want
to setup a dedicated SSL web site.
This would be defined as
https://www.yourdomain.com This
of course would require you to purchase
a certificate for your web site.
One of our staff can do this for
you and bill it to your account
or you can work with them to use
the Certificate company of your
choice. Also there are other considerations
to which we will provide you with
a dedicated IP or static IP for
your web site. |

Can I setup
my pop3 and smtp accounts? |

No matter
which mail software you have contracted
with us to use each comes with a
complete administrator web interface
to manage all aspects of your mail.
We can by request offer you as many
administrator profiles to the account
as you wish for managing all features,
like anti-spam, adding users and
deleting users. All users have the
ability apply filters for white-list
and black-list to any email. This
does not require administrator level
access for this purpose.

Why can't
I send any size attachment? |

You must
understand that this is a shared
mail server. You expect to get your
mail in a timely manner as do all
the users of the machine. We allow
attachments of 15 meg. Understand,
that mail has to go through binary
conversion so this means typically
the limit is approximately 13 meg.
Also every single email must go
through the normal process which
produces allot of load when removing
viruses 6 levels deep within the
attachment. You can of course contact
a support agent for a method of
transferring larger files, this
method is actually more efficient
for your mail client health as well. |

your mySQL database. These two are
free tools
SQLyog MySql tool,
MySQL Front and a more commercial
product which is also free with
some exception.

the Dotnet Framework 2.0 is finally

our servers as well. You will be
able to use either framework on

I Transferred
my domain days ago yet DNS is still going to
the old location? |

Do this
go to run then type CMD. Then type
in the command prompt
ipconfig /flushdns
this will flush all dns cache in
your machine. If it still does not
work and your connection provider
held your DNS then you need to ask
them to remove those entries.
